RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every effort is made to see that a perfect product is delivered to you and we want you to be satisfied with the purchase. If there are any problems, please communicate with us at hello@opalnicks.com

Physical items, including books, are eligible for return within two weeks from receipt of item(s). All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and returned at buyer's mailing expense. 

There are no refunds on digital products such as e-books and audio books.
